The King’s Mission 2022 (October 10 – 19, 2022)

Cartagena, COLOMBIA

By: Ps. Michael DJ. Widjaja

The Prophet Isaiah said, How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.” Glory to God! As commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ to Prophet Steven Francis when he moved from Singapore to the promised land in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, that South America must be the first missions geographical location that the ministry must go to, The King’s Missions Team of Rivers of Life Apostolic Ministries/Jesus My King Church went to Cartagena, Colombia carrying the burden of the Lord for the Nation and released the Word of the Lord to His people.

On October 10th, 2022, Rev. Dr. Steven Francis led a team of 9 and conducted a prophetic conference that was attended by more than 500 regional pastors and leaders under the leadership and apostolic covering of Ps. Nidia Meneses of Iglesia Del Poder de Dios. Many testified of having experienced powerful visitations from the Lord Jesus Christ Himself during the conference and others experienced life-changing deliverance and healing from different spiritual, emotional, and physical oppressions. Throughout the conference, the Lord revealed the spiritual strongholds in Cartagena and the condition of the Body of Christ in the region, giving clear strategies for His Church to advance with and press on for the coming awakening and revival that will soon visit the Nation. The speakers for the conference are Dr. Steven Francis, Dr. John Daniel, Ps. Michael Widjaja, and Ps. Nidia Meneses.

For 2 days, The Rivers of Life Apostolic Ministries team were also able to reach out and minister to more than 200 of precious children and teens who are underprivileged and living among the poorer communities in Cartagena. The children were ministered through the proclamation of the Word of God, personal ministry through the laying of hands and individual prayers, as well as being fed with nutritious food and beverage as sponsored by the ministry. Many parents and children were in tears as they felt the tangible presence of God through the team of ministers. On the second day of the outreach, we had to go through mud and unpaved roadways that were flooded due to the heavy amount of rain that day. The vehicles carrying the team were almost unable to proceed to the location, but by the grace of God we were able to arrive at the location safely.

The door to South America is now opened and we are here to boldly proclaim as written in Psalm 24, “Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD, mighty in battle! Lift up your heads, O gates! And lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory!”

We are in great anticipation waiting for the command from our King of Glory to when we should come back to South America and to continue the work of calling out and preparing the Joel’s Army that will sound the alarm and prepare the continent for the glorious second coming of our God.
